Song of the Summer 2017
Drake’s “One Dance.” The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face.” MAGIC!’s “Rude.” Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ “Can’t Hold Us.” What do all of these songs have in common? Each was regarded as song of the summer for their respected years. Song of the summer is the title used by many to describe the song that takes over the music charts (Billboard, iTunes, etc.) and radio stations all summer long. It seems that no matter how many times the song is played from June to September, it never gets old amongst the public. We are now less than two weeks from the official start of summer (June 21), and anything can happen from then until September. Now it’s time to look at the top 10 contenders for song of the summer 2017.
