Addicting games can come in many different forms, whether it be playable on home consoles such as Xbox and Playstation, PC or on our mobile devices. As different video game franchises begin to grow, the developers will often try to expand them as much as possible by releasing them on multiple platforms allowing more people to play the game. We’ve seen this happen in the past with popular games such as Fortnite, Mario Kart, Minecraft, Pokemon and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.

Following in the footsteps of these games’ developers, the teams behind the vastly well-known franchise Call of Duty decided to take their game and release it as a mobile app on iOS and Android devices titled Call of Duty Mobile. This isn’t the franchise’s first mobile game, but it’s by far its most popular. According to forbes.com, the game “has broken every seven day download record in history with 100 million installs [in its first week].”
