Emma is thrilled to serve as this year’s R2 Editor-in-Chief for Hi’s Eye! Outside Room 111, you’ll likely find her on a backpacking trail or building in her woodshop. A proud Eagle Scout, Emma is dedicated to leading hands-on service efforts that strengthen her community. She’s especially passionate about using storytelling to drive change in public health and policy. As Editor-in-Chief, she hopes to foster a newsroom culture rooted in valuing diverse opinions and upholding our By the Students, for the Students motto. She is honored to be carrying on the newspaper’s tradition of excellence and can’t wait to see what our writers can accomplish!
