Zel Batista is thrilled to be the R5 Features Page Editor for Hi’s Eye and Section Editor for Optic during the 2025-2026 school year! Outside of Room 111, Zel spends her time being an assistant coach for the middle school girls flag football team. Not only does she enjoy spending time with kids, Zel loves to shop with her friends and family. Zel has always had a passion for writing and is incredibly excited to join both teams!
